Since we set our business up in 2001, we have watched things develop at an incredible pace. We now provide an excellent service to both local business and private homes in Uttoxeter and the surrounding area.
The majority of our business is now accrued ‘word of mouth’ which informs us that our service is ‘hitting the right spot’. Customer feed back/testimonials are excellent and it is our aim to maintain those standards at all times whilst also striving to adapt to current trends.
Many of our customers are older people who rely on our staff to help them to remain in the community, retaining independence. Our work with older people is very important to us and accounts for a high percentage of our work load.
The commercial side to our business is rapidly expanding, with local business people appreciating our professional and confidential service. Confidentiality is of paramount importance to us with all staff reading, signing and holding confidentiality policies. We also provide regular inspections of our commercial cleans to ensure staff pay attention to specified detail.
We provide a key holding service for around 80% of our customers, providing security and peace of mind whilst they go about their busy day. Our staff are all experienced, conscientious workers, dedicated to providing a quality service. All staff wear uniforms, being well presented and smart.
